My Love

she is an angel
everytime i see her i melt
she has a perfect soul
her skin is soft as felt

her face reminds me of the sun,
bright and beautiful
she loves to have fun
oh she is so cool

this poem would never end
if i said all of my feelings about her
i wish we could mend
my heart she would cure

Friends make a dark day seem bright
They put a smile on your face
They are like the stars in the night
That are so full of wonder and grace

When you are around them
You be who you want to be
It fills your heart with so much joy and glee
That makes you proud to say,
“I’m not ashamed to be me.”

Friends are like flowers, with a scent so sweet,
That keeps you anticipating for the next time you meet
When something goes wrong,
And you feel like you have been stabbed with a knife
Friends, they are the ones to bring back,
Laughter and joy back into your life

The child cries in the dark of night
Of bloody shackles round her wrists
Of rosy cheeks and purest soul
Scarred from the knife of truth
Innocence is running thin
Willpower fades
Fair hair marred with blood and tears
The child cries
Cold silence embracing her soul
Her loving heart
Sacrificed for the sake of sin
Yet what is sin but the error innocence?
