Question:--my isle--

crystal sea
light and life
my ship sunk
shipwrecked
on the isle of you
what would I take
to my desert isle?
I need nothing!
always always always
voices floating on the wind
like a windstorm
swept away by you
never to return
I've a new home now
no letters spelled in stones on sand
I need no "help"
just my dreams of you
and what dreams they are!
forever beating in my heart
this isle of peace
is where I am meant to be
my soul reaching for yours
echoes on still waters
no more storms
though I would not fear them
those times are over
long, long gone from here
my isle
vast openness greets me
and I see it
as possibility

This is so poignant, so lovely. I love the last three lines, they are quite astonishing. There is beautiful imagery throughout the poem. Excellent work. Thank you.

I like it. It's nice

You are not as alone as you think you are, for HE will always be there. HE will share your island with you; for you will always bring him there. The door to your island home will always be open to him. As the old saying goes "Know man can be an island".
You say your need nothing, but in your heart you need him.
