Position:Home>Poetry> A great Beatles song for poetry class?Question:I want to use Beatles lyrics for a poem to read for a class. It must be appropriate for children. So far I have found "I will","In my life" and "Across the Universe." I don't want any of the nonsense ones (Yellow Sub, ObLaDi,Silver Hammer), but something semi-deep and beautiful. (Sorry, I love Happiness is a Warm Gun, but that won't work here!) Best Answer - Chosen by Asker: I want to use Beatles lyrics for a poem to read for a class. It must be appropriate for children.
