How do you organize your work?

Do you have a system or just throw them in a pile?

I have a habit of keeping them all separated in files as possible future books. I also have a hard copy of each and everyone which is also sepaerated into books. I have copyrights for 4 different unpublished books of poetry. They are open so I can do as I want with them ( there is nothing that states the number of poems within or titles, so anything fits and anything can be added anytime). You might also want to consider building a website to feature your favourites.

Categorize them in a tagged file by different fields...
