Question:Nothing is a Wonderful Word by Philip Franklin

Nothing is a wonderful word
When it’s truly for free
But nothing always means nothing
When the offer is for me

Nothing is a wonderful word
But beware the tiny print
In contracts commercial and emotional
You may well end up skint (means broke cockney word)

Nothing is a wonderful word
But in my humble opinion
The only word in English that is worse
I revisit Rudyard Kipling
That word is IF.

Hi Grumpy old man. Much better, you almost got it there, your be better than me soon. Keep going you grumpy old sod.

Best wishes Peter

That's pretty cool, I liked it xx

I like it, interesting concept and ending line. Just a suggestion though--I would try free verse. Sometimes rhymes can sound forced and nursery rhyme-esque, no matter how well they fit

Very inspiring I liked It, Ive never been much cop at poems...
