Inspiration comes forth

Compelling impulsive reactions
Drawing emotions that were vacant
Bringing light to the forefront
Inspiration turns to actions

Creativity turns the imagination
Imagination sparks thought
Thought becomes word
The word becomes truth
Inspiration is........

I walk out to a sunny warmth
marrows are content
Children at the playground
memories I lament

Hugs while doing dishes
Smiles of Birthday wishes
Lights at Christmas time
Dinner & a mystery crime

Foliage awakening in spring
flowers soon to be
Glittering snow across the mounts
the lift before the ski

The aroma of Amaris on my pillow
Climbing in an age old willow
Comfy moss upon huge rocks
Kittens playing with my socks

I hear the voice of a sunbeam
Inviting me to play
I hear the laughter of roses
When a tulip tells a funny joke
I saw the morning dew
Make a rosebud shine
And I've heard music
In the halls of a watermelon rhine
O' what sweet inspiration!

I write poems and perhaps if this is still up for a couple days, I'll write one on this topic (i'm out of time now.
