What in the world?!?

Question:Hi. I'm pretty stressed out right now because I have an interview with the volunteer services in the local hospital tomorrow morning. I was reading over the Fact Sheet they mailed me a month ago and one of the lines read:
"At the time of the interview, the applicant will be required to complete a quiz along with a review of the Junior Volunteer Five Star Service Standards."

What do you think they mean by this? Do they mean I have to take a quiz because I don't know what they want me to study! And I'm not sure if they sent me any information to study. I know there's not much you guys can help me with unless you work there, but what do YOU think they mean by this? And keep in mind that I can't call them right now because it's about 10:30pm at night and they are closed.

Many times "employers" have prospectives take a morality (or variation thereof) test, and that's not really something you can study for. They probably want to get a sense of your personality, and maybe why you want to volunteer there. The best you can do is get a good night's sleep and try not worry about it. Good luck!

I have never heard of Junior Volunteer Five Star Service Standards
...but I wouldn't worry too much. Because your volunteering at a hospital, I don't think you need to worry about too many physics questions on your quiz, I bet it will all be common sense.
