Position:Home>Poetry> Can someone help me make this poem FLOW!!?

Question:Passion is Brown
It smells like the cinnamon in a bubble bath for a steamy night in the hot tub
It tastes like yummy, gooey chocolate gifted by your love on Valentine’s Day
It sounds like the boiling, bubbling coffee on the burning black stove
It feels like my soft, brown, velvety blanket, which sooths my body with comfort and pleasure
It looks like the rich mother earth, which nourishes us with its moisture and warmth

I just need to make it flow but i don't know how to do that!!! SOMEONE PLS HELP ME!!

Here's how I would have written it with the most minimal changes:

Passion is Brown

Cinammon in a bubble bath
For a steamy night in one hot tub
Like the yummy, gooey chocolate given
On a Valentine's Day Delight

Soft, brown and velvety
comforting and pleasuring my body
Rich Mother Earth
Nourishes everything of me...

I could do more editting, but it would have to add/delete more words.

Hope you like it! :-)

What isf you rearranged it inthis order see
hear
taste
touch
smell and you cut out some unnecessary word. like brown blanket just make it velvety blanket stick to descritive words for each sense. skip the black stove again go with only words that relate to sound in that line. Work on it a little and instead of begining with passion is brown. use that for the ending like My passion is the color brown. Hope this helps

First of all passion is red...like a crimson petal of a rose falling of its body.....

like lava flowing over a volcano................
like that first bite of licorice.............
the cherry on the sundae....
like the scent strawberry bubble bath.........

Passion is red...........

Using your words, I've edited your poem to capture it's essence:

Passion is Brown
smells like a steamy bath of cinnamon
tastes like the chocolate gift of your love
sounds like coffee bubbling on the stove
soothes with blankets of brown, velvety pleasure
nourishes like the warm, moist richness of mother earth
