The boat OF COURSE!!!

Women (and men) are affected by the obvious amount of trouble a person has gone to for them. The boat trip is also more of a neutral situation where both are involved with making it an event. There is also more time to get in the mood to just watch the reflections on the waters to let the mind wander and to relax.

But you must be sure that the other person is not uneasy on the water...and of course check the weather channel even though rain can make for a romantic evening snuggling in the cabin...cosy

on the beach with a full moon candles and a poetry book some chocolate and bubblies make sure you can complement her on her eyes in the moon light yah know mushy stuff . depends on the girl and her style...but don't be to mushy it might freak her out

Depends on how much cash you have. Before you become poetic you need to figure out the reality and thats how much can you afford. The first one would be less money and the second more money. Unless money's not a problem. Then figure out if your significant other is allergic to fish or gets seasick, or hates poetry.

Getting those facts out of the way. I would suggest the nice midnight boat in the middle of the sea. The fireplace is more winter. but remember in spring its still chilly on the ocean so buckle up or snuggle up.
