Question:*****
The Enquiring Mind
by TD Euwaite

Trapped in a box with rocks and socks,
Disturbed blurbs with verbs,
Un-hushed gush of mush to flush,
Spatter chatter, spray paint splatter,

Unfold billfold, ink jar fulfilled,
Wrinkle, crinkle paper sprinkle,
Hereto imbue, blotter redo,
Hash and mash, proof abashed,

Edit, check it, send it, print it,
Jam and cram, slander in it,
Headline deadline, blackmail limit,
Tabloid humanoids, come and get it…

"Jam and cram, slander in it," wonderful, I think I may be singing this little ditty day through out my dull, dull day.

i love it. dont change it .
good rhyming and use of alot of words and it still made sense.

I didn't read your first one, but this one is . . . I can't seem to find another word for--awesome (that was my first impression, but I don't like using that word; it sounds bias to me). It does make sense, but it was fun to read even if it didn't. I would suggest maybe using some rhyme though (I'm kidding of course). Chronologically though wouldn't you have to "print it" before you "sent it"?

I think I vaguely remember the original....and they're both great! What changes did you make?

We Loved it!!!! didn't read the first one .............Good morning

Alliteration is definitely one of my favorite poetic tools. It's fun and a clever way to describe the processes involved in writing and submitting your work to be judged by others. An absolute joy to read. The whole poem is wonderful, but the last stanza is my fave. "...come and get it" :)

Revision, editing, and printing, and proofs...all in one poem...
atta boy! Alliteration superb....Derby's won...put the horses in the stable...trying to make sense...really!
Coffeeeeeeee!

Brilliant rhythm, there's almost a flavour of Seuss in that...

I like it. I wish I could do this. You have a good time with your poetry.
