Question:for my english class i have to write a 10 line free verse poem about ANYTHING... is there anyway anybody can write me a poem???? (that you made up!)

i sit alone thinking of today
my entire world changed

You know what? You have to try!!! It's your homework....remember that everyone has something to say from the heart....it doesn't have to rhyme.....just flow.

Only ten lines......hell I wrote poems that were like 25 lines or so...lol
Just pick a topic any topic and just start writing...that's how I write my poems....I pick something in my life that has an effect on me emotionally, be it good or bad and start writing writing...

If you like the ocean write a poem about that....
I see through water clearly when it's standing still, just as I see life when it's not complicated...
In comes the waves, like ripples in my life, changing the way I see things, sometimes murky, sometimes dark...

Pick up the challenge. To start with maybe pick a song or poem you already know and change the words to fit your life. This would be a start on getting in touch with your creative side.

Or maybe just write about your favorite color and the things you see and feel when you look at it.
