Mood creation?

Question:"My palms are sweaty and my heart is racing inside my chest, tricking me into believing that it will break the barrier of my ribs in any second. My throat is dry and I can't seem to formulate coherent thoughts...."(-book_worm22)

I need about 4 more sentences. the mood of this is supposed to be "nervous". I really like this, I'm going to add some stuff to it also, but I need some ideas, thank you!! (:

I need to sleep, its been weeks since I 've closed my eyes,
and rested. "Hold still, be calm, I love you" . My mind strains and stretches to capture the significance of those last words.
