Poem #1....?

Question:"I truly love you and the way you make me feel.
Even Though we are no longer together i will still always
Have these feelings for you deep down in my heart.

Sometimes when you love someone they don't always,
Love you back equally the same, and however this may
Be hard for me I shall learn to live with whatever
Makes you happy, and if that means being with
Someone else that loves you too
Then thats fine, because I will never stop loving
YOU!"

to be frank..i don't call this poetry..it's prose..i study literature & i'm myself a poetess,so i don't find any of the basic elements of poetry here..try to be more creative,feel like a poetess,think like a poetess,watch the world from the eyes of a poetess thus u'll find yourself writing as a poetess..& don't forget 2 search deep in ur heart before u write because poetry is about putting a part of ur heart & soul in a piece of writing..best of luck..

This sounds more like a letter than a poem. I think you should take more than 5 minutes and rewrite it.

You sound like a doormat in the making.

I will say that it was more creative then some of the other junk I read here.
