Well, that is cool. I don't see anything wrong here, except for the potential conflict of the other boyfriend. How does she feel about it, is the real question, because she is the one who is going to decide which guy its going to be.

Being a boyfriend or girlfriend is not the same thing as being legally bound in marriage, so all is fair in love and war as far as I can see.

It depends on how she feels, and you may be putting her in between a rock and a hard place trying to decide which guy.
She may end up choosing you both, but one guy will win out eventually. You know that won't work.

You also have to be mature enough to let her go if she decides the other guy is who she wants for a boyfriend.
So step back from this a little bit and maintain decorum.
Don't have anything to do with being the "cause." Let her make the decision. That way, she cannot really blame you if later she regrets her decision. This is the smart thing to do.
Let her be the decider.
