Position:Home>Poetry> How to not fight?

Question:Walk away from the agravation. Find out what is behind your desire to fight. To do this sometimes I punch a pillow and just watch my thoughts. It takes time sometimes and words and faces start to flash through my mind and I recognise the irritation, the annoyances, the frustrations, the disappointments the embarrasments the put downs and whatever else. Now I begin to know what I am dealing with and realise that dealing with each one individually is the best way to go. Sometimes we are fighting with the wrong person because we really hav'nt got a hand on why we want to fight. You can't have every thing in life. Just settle for the best you can have and sort you need out from your wants.
