This poem makes you think about the present or lack of it. like the revolving door. We barely have time to consider the future when we are struck again with the reflections of past and its additions..

Creating something while trying to sleep...that is how most works are generated.. they are a byproduct of something else.
This is how we stop time... by producing something that captures a thought or a moment .that every time it is read or uttered we stop to listened. Good work
many Haiku elements here

that life moves very quickly

Listen to the song "Always Tomorrow" by Gloria Estefan. Or watch the third installment of the "Back to the Future" movie series. It means that what has happened in the past is history; your future is what you make it, and your future starts TODAY.

Yesterday is the past...so don't let it affect your tomorrow...

It seems kinda depressing. Like the person has nothing to look forward and he's just going round in circles. Doing the same thing every day. Life's book's page has turned means to me like he has missed his chance to do some thing and he regrets coz he thinks that it could have changed his life for the better.

I like this, nice and simple, timeless.

One bit of crit, you could cut the word "Book's" and it would read easier.
