How is my poem?? Please Rate my poem 1-10?

Question:ok, so im not a great poet N all but we had to write about the moon at my school.plz tell de truth

--The Moon--
Up so high above, I see the Moon,
who again looks down on all of us.
And when she shines her silver light upon me,
the most dreadful corners turn warm and bright.
And as I see her everyday,
She is more like a good friend, I could say,
to see her at times,
when I think the whole world is dark.
She's the only one that stays till the very end.
I smile and talk to her,
about my sorrows and joys that happend that day,
and in return just like a good friend,
she smiles and listens and somehow comforts me,
and I feel safe in even the most dangerous places.
To know that I've got a friend watching over me.
She may not be right next to me,
because when I think about it,
She probably lives millions of miles away,
yet even though she comes to meet me,
or at least comes to catch a glimpse,
and makes me feel comforted and safe.
I'm sure no one has a friend like mine

well the subject gets a 10 because i love the moon. she is the most beautiful thing off this earth. ive loved her since before i can remember. shes everything you describe her as and more. there arent enough complex words to describe her as. as for the poem i think it deserves a 9. your sentences flow okay but im quite partial to rhyming poems. for some reason i just think that they flow better. but there are exceptions. keep writing and if you write anymore please let me know! id love to read more!! <3
