No way, without emotions our populous would die out!. no one would care enough to raise there children, or care to take them in!. without emotions we would be rolled by our instincts and would have never shrived for higher learning!. there would be no love, and no feelings to impress women!. And without the constant need to impress the opposite sex almost all of the greatest feats of our spices would have never happened!. We would have never found the need to climb out of the trees pretending to be brave for a little ancient monkey a**!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

Definitely not!. Sure there are ups and downs in life!. But we'd be losing the point of living!. I swear we would!.

Happiness can be felt through love, and joy!. Sadness can be felt through pain and grief!. If we stopped our emotions, then there'd be no point to do anything because we wouldn't be able to feel it!. We'd never know what we'd like cause we can't feel the happiness it provides!. And we'd never know what we hate because the disgust wouldn't be there!.

Coming from a person who rarely feels happiness, I'd say that your question is ridiculous!. Of course, feeling sad is surely not a good feeling but to cancel away all our emotions, we'd never feel the joy that usually follows after to relieve it!.

in a way yes because sometimes love or hatred leads to destruction and you wouldn't feel pain if they didn't love you back (but then again you wouldn't love them in the first place because you couldn't love)!.
