Best Answer - Chosen by Asker: We live in a free country, if you don't believe me join the military and discover what people give up so that you can enjoy the freedom!.Www@QuestionHome@Com Freedom is the ability to live in such a way that your dreams if realistic and not ones that destroy others are possible, where you can pursue happiness without fear but also be offensive and be offended because you are somebody different, yourself!. To be so will be offensive to somebody and by being yourself you will in turn be offended by others!. Freedom is the ability to carve out a life for yourself that fits who you really are!. Doesn't mean that life will work, just that you are free to attempt it!. Freedom is the ability to speak out against wrongs and champion what you see as right even if it offends others!. Freedom is the ability to keep what you wrest from life and use it for your own devices!. Freedom is the ability to practice your beliefs as long as they do not prevent others from doing the same!. Freedom is the ability to go to bed at night and not fear that you will be awoken by masked armed men hauling you off for a trivial crime or for your political beliefs!. Freedom is the ability to trust those around you not to be informants for a Gov agency or some other form of intrusion!. It is the ability to keep ones papers electronic or real paper and not have them seized without true probable cause!. To speak to others without having to worry that what you say may be misconstrued and or used against you!. It is the ability to pursue your life and expect just and fair treatment from all who have authority!. Most of all freedom is the ability to determine your own life good or bad!. To defend your beliefs and goods, to live the way you wish and to not be restricted in movement or activity without a really good reason!. That self determination though is most important at all!.
