Both are essentially shouting at the sky "WHY!?!!"

But the question is what's the difference!.!.!.!.!.!.
Philosophy has often to do with theorizing why and devising solutions whereas being stoned is more questioning the question!.

Being stoned usually allows for unnatural thought processes to influence thinking or dream like state!. THus having random and undisciplined thought patterns!.
Philosophy - is the art of deep thinking and trained discipline to stay on a topic of it's Origin in a intellectual and moral self discipline to explain a nature, workings or a sense of reality!.
