One who possesses human nature and human values is called a human!. If he behaves like an animal, not applying his discrimination power and sixth sense, then he is a beast!. If he behaves supreme, he is super-human!.

We humans are not just the physical beings that we seem to be, per se!. Science categorize us as just belonging to "kingdom"- animal, class-mammalia, and a specie of "primates" that has evolved considerably!. Religion perceived us highly!. Christianity perceives us as a body given that eternal spark of divinity called "soul" and Buddhism considers us as already that eternal "spiritual beings given a body!.

Whichever is the case, the fact remains that we are on the upper echelon of the classification!. We see lower forms of life, be it animal or plant below us!. In the spiritual hierarchy, we are told to be superior to "elemental spirits" and even higher than angels!.

To be human is to have the faculties to know these mental processes we call thought, have the knowledge of understanding our world we call Science, and the belief to delineate our origins, we call Religion!. No animal has been known to ever do this!. It is even doubtful if they even have any notion about time!.

And it is human to even do the things we do just for the sake of whim, unlike other animals which do it instinctively for survival!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

genetic mutations and evolution through history of the world around us at precise times and happenings causing the formation of life forms who grew and became more than we are now, and gave us such a name in a simple word symbolic of all we are, from every morsel of hatred and selfishness, to happiness and empty greed and killings!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

Our higher degree of intelligence and self awareness that enables as well as compels us to emote, conceptualize and foresee at a much higher plane than the mere physical level at which animals and other species on earth can manage to do!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
