It makes me feel as though the speaker is telling someone to drink, either to enjoy themselves or to forget because they don't know where they have come from nor why they are where they are in life!. They may wish to forget this, or to simply have something good come from being there, making the why into having a good time!. Drink, have fun while you are here because you don't know where you'll end up and if you'll have a good time again, or Drink because you do not know where you'll end up, so forget your fear while you can!.
