John Donne wrote this poem!. In a basic way I see it that we, taking where we live, have an impact on humanity!. Less dramatically our actions can impact others, also like karma!. More dramatically it can be people's inaction, such as during Nazi Germany, to not beforehand vote wisely and look at Hitler, that caused the horrible Holocaust and World War II!. So it is the individual's setting!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

I am an island unto myself believe it!
To believe you are a part of the team is to lose your ability to be original and if you are a part of the team it doesn't make a difference if you know or accept it you'll just be a part of the team!. But if you do know and accept that you are a part of the team you will stop coming up with original ideas because of fear from losing your place!. So cast caution to the wind and say I am my own island and be what you truely want to be instead of what you would think other people want you to be!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
