Question: Honestly, why do people judge one another!?
I am in High School!. I used to be well known, popular, and all that stuff!.
But when I started to comminucate with Stoners (I am not one), people started to drift away from me!. As if it's a crime to to talk to someone way out of your league!.
I talked to the Punks, Goths, Nerds, everyone different!.
All the popular/well known people ignored me completely!. I don't believe I did anything wrong!.
I find it amusing how people tend to judge others by their image!. Believe it or not, but some of the Punks/Goths have better working brains than the Abercombie/Hollister group!.
They are way deeper and logical!. It surprised me!. And now, I am glad that I started to talk to these people!. They respect me, I respect them and their opinions!.

So tell me this:

!.!.!.Why do people judge!? Why is it so hard for people to talk to different people!? I personally believe that the defenition of "popular" is when one can reach out to everyone in their community, not only a certain group of people!. Agree!?

Please be honest!. Thank you, and God bless!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

Judging others is a knee-jerk reaction to feeling powerless!. Therefore it is a positive step in that moment!. What I mean is that just feeling more and more powerless is definitely worse as it leads to depression!.

So when you see someone else being judgmental, you can now understand why this is happening and take a step towards helping them to regain their personal power!. Not that it is your job to look after the world, but if you do manage to help someone regain a bit of their natural power, you will undoubtedly feel better about yourself and so help yourself to drift towards more joy and love!.

Another point to ponder is that by being more inclusive, one acts more in accord with the very reason one is part of life!. The opposite option is one of being exclusive which is a close relative to resistance and that leads to illness, disease, and death of the body!. So you seem to have it correct, just keep it up by accepting those who judge!. Cheers!Www@QuestionHome@Com

People judge out of fear and ignorance!. Young people tend to do this more because they are still developing their own identity!. Popularity because of how you look really is not important!. Being a kind person will get you more admiration and respect than anything!. The more interesting you are as you grow older, the more people will want to be around you!. It is healthy to want people to like you, but it should be for who you are as a person!. Now as far as people not wanting to be around drugs that is a no brainer!. It is their choice to just say no!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

The short answer is that people feel guilty or sinful and have a need to project their faults upon others in an attempt to get rid of them!. So the faults that they point out are actually their own, but hidden!.

The answer is always forgiveness of self and othersWww@QuestionHome@Com

Get your head out of the clouds!. It sounds like you're the one doing the judging!. Don't refer to people by clique-y names because that makes you seem extremely closed minded!.
I think the reason why people judge is because of these names!.
No offense!Www@QuestionHome@Com

What we "think" about others becomes our judgment!. People are just people and good or bad are merely "thoughts" about them!.We must find what we are beyond our thoughts!Www@QuestionHome@Com

People are so scared of differences!. It is human nature to click what looks like you or acts like you!. And it is our nature to judge to make ourselves feel like we are better than others!. When there is a difference people think one difference is better than the other!. It has been like that for a long time ( slavery holocaust etc) We can not stop people from judging others because of differences but we can stop encouraging it!. First, you have to stop using these titles "popular" "geeks" because you are giving them power!. They are used for separation and confusion!. Then, you have to stop caring what people say because they are going to judge no matter what you do!. So, just stay away from them type of people and be happy!Www@QuestionHome@Com

From what you're explaining, in high school, many people tend to judge others because of popularity -- the very thing you're explaining!. That kind of "high school judging" mostly happens because of people's view on popularity and what it means!. If they define it as being anyone who rolls in a certain crowd, everyone that's not in that group will be alienated by them!. Judgements happen because people concentrate on the differences between each other and not how they're alike, no empathy so no understanding, thus the judging!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

This "judgement of outer appearance" started hundreds of years ago!. Kings dressed the best, their staff dress almost as nice, and soldiers that kept everyone repressed, they dressed with authority!.

Most everyone else dressed ONLY to keep the weather off of their bodies!. Style and color was limited to the wealthy!.

Then came the 1950's and machines started making clothes, cheaply first, then slowly colors came along, followed by better cloth, better stiching, and clothes that actually fit! and society changed!. Now we are ALL expected! to "dress for success," and when I choose NOT to dress accordingly, we are labeled as loosers!.

Avoid those kids; they do not dress like everyone else!.

Know what guys are expected to wear!?

Leather brown-color boat shoes or loafers!. Socks optional!. Tan pants, light blue shirt (white at work), long sleeve, red tie at work, no tie afterwards, with navy blazer!. PERIOD!. Anything else is not the 'norm!.' The only exception is when you wear a uniform such as pilot, cop, soldier, etc!.

Ladies!? Short-sleeve blouse, skirt, belt, scarf optional, shoulder strap purse, some basic jewelry!. Anything else - something wrong!

Yea, people judge!. They always have!. Just the world we live in!.

ONLY IF your career depends upon it, worry about what other people think about who you talk to!. In High School, ignore the others who ignore you!. They are showing their stupidity!.

Last time I looked, it is a free country!. You decide who to talk to!. Others do not decide for you!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
