We're here because evolution brought us to this point!.!.!.we're alive because we're not dead yet!.!.!.and the only point in Life is whatever point you give it, as an individual!. However, take a look at yourself, aside from seeing a physical body, what else is there about you that has to be recognized and accepted!? You have a mind, thoughts, preferences, memories - all of which make up the personality you call "you" because it is based on your experiences with the outside world via your physical senses!. Next step, you are not your body, you are not your mind since you can separate yourself from them!. Then what are you!? Who is this being that is consciously thinking!? You'll soon realize there is a centre of consciousness that cannot be explained, described, or displayed to the physical senses - yet you are that conscious being - alive, a centre of awareness that exists in a sea of consciousness called LIFE!. Now that we've established that you are a centre of consciousness, you ask why we're here, alive, and what's the point!. Obviously the Universal Consciousness is being expressed through the individual's consciousness!. They are one and the same and differ only in degree!. You have these tools that are placed in your keeping, in your hands, and it is up to you what you will do with them!. You might not realize it but there's a reason that you have these abilities, skills, talents in you!. It is for your own development, not just outwardly but inwardly too!. Man may climb the highest mountain and say he has conquered all, but when he comes down from the mountain he will still have to find the answer to his inner being, and that is your life's work!. I won't say soul work because you may not accept that, but this is just a choice of words which are similar in meaning!. You may not believe in "God" but you certainly have to believe that you are a conscious being, true!? So we can build from that point!.Www@QuestionHome@Com We happned to be alive, i have the chance to live once, why!? becasue i was lucky we are all winners of a cosmic lottery, now that we are here why not live a good life!? what is a good life depends on your views, i see it as enjoying life and having fun and helping others having a better life as well, you can define good and bad based on that and help the good people, no need for religion or god or eternity! just because we are mortal does not mean that life sucks, its just a ride so why not enjoy the ride!?Www@QuestionHome@Com I believe the point of life is to exist!. There are two choices to exist or not to exist!. Clearly we exists and whatever that entails is what we are "meant" to do!. When we do, we don't necessarily stop existing we just get converted into other things that may or may not live!.
