Look around at your life!. The answer is usually right by your side!. Consider yourself kinda lucky, I mean if you were perfectly content with everything around you would you truly be happy!? I have been the same way as you since birth!. You need to find a way to channel this anger to something that makes you feel better!. Take back control of your knuckles and pick them up off the floor!. Think about all you could accomplish with such determination!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

Because you're not what you want to be!. You think you can do better but always seem to come up short!. In short, you have not accepted yourself and you limitations!. Maybe you're not as patient as you think you should be or as smart or as physical!. Whatever you feel short changed in, you've got to accept that is the way it is and seek to find some way to either work around it or turn it into a benefit!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

You really owe it to yourself to heal and put the frustration energy (anger) to constructive purposes!.

It is not possible for others to know how to answer you!. You see, there are too many potential answers!. You need to do a bit of personal analysis!.

We have five senses, taste, smell, hearing, sight and touch!. Those are the physical!. However, there is also a sixth sense, our emotions!. Just as our five senses help us interpret the world, so do our emotions!.

Think about it!. Your eyes see something and tell you what is is and your emotions tell you how to feel about it!. The same with taste, smell, sounds or touch!. But remember, no matter how effective our senses are, they can be fooled!. We may smell fruit only to find out it is perfume!. We may hear a band only to find out it is only a recording!. Well, sometimes our feelings can be fooled or misled as well!.

That leads us to the solution!. Our minds!. Our mind is the final arbiter of reality!. You should not just react according to your feelings!. You need to make sure your feeling input gets filtered through your mind before you act or make any decision!.

With this in mind, you need to find out if there is something real that is causing your anger!. If so, deal with that thing and resolve it so you do not need to feel the anger anymore!. If there is nothing real causing it then you must realize that and decide to give a much lower priority to that emotion!.

Beware of using any emotion as a crutch!. Sometimes people use anger as a defensive barrier!. If you react very angrily or negatively, it can make people avoid you!. If that is what you are doing, you need to figure out why you are doing it or think that you need to do it!. Are you using it to avoid other feelings you do not want to deal with!?

It's hard to say why you are!. It happens to me too, and I also don't know why!. Sometimes I get angry at myself, but I think it's better to be mad at myself than others!. I don't really like the world the way it is!. But I can't redo it!.

What helps for me is that I go out, put my jogging clothes on (before I go out hehe), and run!. As long as I can!. Then I'll walk and when I feel like I can run again, I run more!. And after a couple of hours I am totally toasted!. And suddenly all the anger is gone, at least for some time!.
