Absolutely! Why!? Because I see it constantly- in the young and in the old!. It definitely comes from inside!. A genuine smile looks good on anyone!. It comes from happiness, which is an emotion!. And that's not the only reason for inner beauty- it comes from love and kindness, perseverance through disappointment, endurance!. Oh yes, it's everywhere!. Definitely!. Many people are not particularly good looking, but they have a great personality!. My girlfriend is one of them!. I myself am not that good looking but girls tell me all the time that I'm a really nice guy!. And that's what counts!. also, I know a girl who is amazingly beautiful, but she does not have a very good personality (if at all) and there are those who are amazingly good looking but are not very nice people, at all!. Looks are over-rated, it is personality that counts!. If you have confidence and a great personality, then that is all you need!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

i think inner beauty is everything
however it is usually that we see the person from the outside before we can get to know the real them and end up judging them by their looks
