You can stroke somebody's ego and get their confidence and trust when all it is is BS!. You may not like them, but you have something to gain that they can give you, so you stroke their ego in order to get what you want!. It is your own best enemy!Www@QuestionHome@Com

you listen less as your ego gets bigger!. if you think you have something interesting to say you will just decide that it's right rather then critique yourself and trying to improve and develop it!. you would decide not to waste your time on the basic things as you believe you are better then that, it doesn't matter if it's true or not you need to be humble, you'll get so much further!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

Your ego is a double edged sword that keeps you from being too complacent, or too much of a push over, and gives one a little attitude and integrity which really adds to the flavour of ones personality!. Of course when any flavor gets too strong, we tend not to enjoy it as much!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
