In my opinion, it's a very sneaky way to sell products that don't work!.

To say that the cream actually gets rid of your scars, they would have to spend a lot of money to do controlled, scientific experiments!.

Using the phrase "reduces the the appearance of!.!.!." they get around the legal issues of, oh, testing the product scientifically!. Instead, in very small print, they'll say something like 14 out of 16 women reported that they saw an improvement in their appearance after using our product for 6 months!. No much of a sample group, eh!?

So, the phrase "reduces the appearance of" will cover their butts in cases where the consumer doesn't see any difference or complains that their scars didn't go away!. After all, the company didn't state the cream gets rid of scars!.!.!.they only stated that some women reported the appearance of their scars seemed to improve!.

In my opinion!. :)Www@QuestionHome@Com
