There is a fine line between giving enough for you to still survive, yet giving enough to still make it count as giving!.

Sacrifice doesn't have to mean complete deprivation of yourself for anothers benefit!. But maybe giving just that little extra that you could use for selfish demands to the benefit of another!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

To your question - Yes!.

Saying 'yes' can be a blessing to yourself and to others!.

Saying 'no' is not always the way to go but the ability to say no is certainly a necessary life skill!. If you don't learn it you will hurt yourself and hurting yourself is just as bad as hurting someone else!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

There has to be a balance between the two!. If one learns to say "NO", it starts to become hard for the person to say "YES"!. So, the self support and self loving can easily go more than enough!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

true!. we're somehow involved and partialy responsible for it!. it all begins with us, and our attitude toward ourselves!. Www@QuestionHome@Com
