No!. It is demeaning!. Unfortunately, you guys broke an ethical standard!. Bosses and employees shouldn't mess around!.
But you did and now you have a difficult situation!.

Still, you have every right to ask her to stop calling you that!. If she does not, it seems like you have the means to complain about harassment!.!.!.however the previous relationship causes an issue!.

If it is a big company you might just want to ask to be reassigned!.
