Of course! Nonexistence is the worst thing that can ever happen to a person, and I'd rather it not happen to me!.

Many, many, many things!. In fact, there is a quote on this subject by Winston Churchill!. Churchill was an amateur painter and art enthusiast (rather ironically, Adolf Hitler was also a painter and, in my opinion, a rather better one than Churchill), and apparently also being a christian, he once said:
'When I get to Heaven, I mean to spend a good portion of my first million years in painting, and so get to the bottom of the subject!.'
Although I'm an atheist and therefore disagree that Heaven exists in the first place, this quote nevertheless pretty much sums up my attitude towards eternity: With literally all the time in the world at my disposal, there are things I have almost no time to do now that I could probably spend many centuries on before even starting to get bored!. I already have dozens of ideas for things I would like to do or make, and while doing some of them I would no doubt come up with ideas for many others!. I somehow doubt there would ever come a time when I could say 'okay, I've done everything I want to, I'll just die now'!. If I do die, no matter when it happens, I'm sure that at that moment there will still be unfulfilled desires, wishes and ambitions in my mind, things I would have done if I had had eternity in which to do them!.

A better question would be, who wouldn't I want to come with me!? I could name a few rather evil people in the world whom I'd prefer to leave behind!. You know, Osama bin Laden, Kim Jong Il, Fred Phelps, Bill Gates, people of that sort!. But basically, anyone who can spend eternity peacefully and constructively without causing problems for others is welcome to come!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

If I could live forever I would and I would reinvent myself throughout all the generations and watch over the families of the people I love for the generations to come!. I would want my boyfriend to come with me because I feel like it wouldn't be worth living forever if you couldn't share the experience with someone you care about!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

No, I wouldn't!. The fact that we, as mortals, are doomed to die makes each and every moment more precious, more beautiful!.!.!.like an ice sculpture!.!.!.destined to melt but awe-inspiring in spite of that!. To live forever would make the moments we have seem as a passing wind, something to be enjoyed briefly, forgotten, and then experienced again!.

As many people have pointed out in the past, living forever would be a very bad deal unless you could somehow stay healthy and young forever (something most people can't even manage for more than a few decades)!. You'd just get weaker, sicker, and more forgetful all the time, which would be no fun!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

i would not want to live forever!. i would see all my friends and family die before me and know that i could never see them in a next life!. i would see the terrible things that befall the world and never be able to escape!. eventually!. i would wish to die but would never be able to!. it would turn into a living hell!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
