Question: Wanna seek merciless revenge on my soulless, abusive, alcoholic roommate !?
I wrote something similar to this not too long ago but I don't think I elaborated well enough!.

I have an abusive alcoholic roommate who does drugs in the house, verbally abuses me, is mean to my cats (hisses at them, leaves them outside in the cold all day while I'm gone on purpose,) refuses to pay utilities, and brings strangers over on a regular basis to sleep with them!. Overall, she's a nasty person!.

I gave her an eviction notice for two weeks yesterday, but I want her out sooner because she has been trying to turn all of my friends against me and has been trying to intimidate me legally, saying she can leave when she wants and stuff!. My cousin is a lawyer, and says that is perfectly legal to evict her when I please!. My roommate is not on the lease, she doesn't have her name on anything involving the house, she doesnt even recieve mail here!. Legally I have the right to have her leave whenever I want!. But since I gave her the privilege of having time to stay long enough to find a new place, she has crossed the line and seems to have a pathetic vendetta against me!.

I want her out sooner, but since I already made the eviction notice, I want to honor that, so I'm trying to think of A!.) Ways to get her out legally and B!.) Ways to have revenge on that horrible human being legally of course!. I want to combine A and B if possible!.

The best way I can think of involves her history with drunk driving!. She is in trouble in court with drunk driving, and the dumbass is out driving drunk right now!. I should have gotten her license plate number so I could report her!. I'm thinking she will probably be out drunk driving tomorrow, so I'm more than likely going to report her tomorrow!. Is this a good way to have my revenge!? What other ways do you think I should consider seeking revenge!? LEGALLY!. I don't want to get into trouble!.

Sorry if I sound evil, but if you met this girl you'd want to rip your arm off just so you could beat her with it!. Thanks for reading this long question!Www@QuestionHome@Com

she sounds like a terrible person, but you gotta wonder what goes through her mind!.

legally, i think youve done all you can do!. she has to follow the eviction notice and if not it is in the law's hands, meaning she'll be their trouble!. after that she'll be out of your way for good!.

i know you want to get revenge on her at this point and it'll feel really good, but there's just no need for it!. if anything, youre her roommate!.!.!. you should know what she hates!. just dont make any mistakes that'll keep her in your hair longer than you'd want!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

Short-sheet her bed!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

why not!?Www@QuestionHome@Com

If I would be you I would go to animal legal aid as this is furious to leave your poor cats out in the cold!. (No I did not mean it serious) Plus a healthy sex life is scientifically known to reduce stress and this is why she apparently has the upper hand in this vendetta!. ( I mean this serious) I would put as much emotional energy in that as you can as if you are sick cause of this in the end at least some doctor might earn his income(also they have to live), and what else to do with our life in the next 2 weeks!.

What I want to say, if you feel hateful and revengeful to her, she has power over you!. You want to set boundaries in the future not getting this much involved then you do!. Learn from it that you never have a person in your house like her!. It is only 2 weeks, learn as much as you can and in the future set boundaries with a peaceful, humorously, gentle attitude right from the start!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

I'd like to know Why you choose this particular category for this particular question!. That could be the reason why you're not getting any answers!.

You've spoken to a lawyer, her name isn't on the lease!.!.!.and she's doing all these things that you claim!. Why haven't you acted on your own to remove her!?

Do you get off on being in an abusive relationships, perhaps!? Is that your real dilemma!?Www@QuestionHome@Com

I feel you should report her drunk driving not for revenge, but because she's going to kill some unsuspecting, undeserving person driving drunk!.

As for the eviction, here in California it takes a 30-day eviction!. You can't evict someone in only two weeks!.

That said, you've given her a two week eviction!. You'll just have to wait out that time I think!. It won't take forever, although it will sure feel like it!. In the meantime, rise above the situation and act like an adult!. You'll probably be sorry later if you don't!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

Just imagine her falling into the toilet and flush her down the drain and dismiss her!. By the sounds of her, she is more to be pitied and thank God/Allah that you are not like her!.

Be wise, just let her go into the sewer where she is headed and forget her, she is definitely not worth any more time and effort and you really do not want to descend to her level!.

"Rise above it+" be a winner and make this episode a growing/learning experience+Www@QuestionHome@Com

I agree with them^!. Ignoring her will 1) just make her mad!. 2) make her attempts to make you mad seem pointless!.

She is doing those things on purpose to annoy you because she knows it will so next time, act like you dont care(even though steam will probably be coming out of your ears or something crazy!.)

also, if you find a way to legally get her in trouble, she is going to want to snap back at you and find something possibly that you do illegally to get you in trouble (if there is anything!?) and it could be a never ending battle!.!.!.

anyway, dont keep it up or you guys will be goin at it til youre like 90Www@QuestionHome@Com

Forget about trying to seek revenge!. It's a waste of time and energy that would be better exerted on just about anything else!. My advice is to get legal advice and don't do anything nutty that will jeopardize your chance of getting the best outcome in the case!. Steer clear of stooping to her level!.

And you could always move her stuff to the front lawn and change the locks!. Www@QuestionHome@Com
