To live me must act!.
To take action, we must make decisions!.
To make decisions, we need a code of values!.
To build a code of values, we need to understand the world we live in and our own nature--that's metaphysics!. To do that, we need to know how we come to have good knowledge--epistemology!. This code, the guide by which we take action, is ethics!.

Metaphysics, epistemology and ethics are the cornerstones of philosophy!. So the purpose of philosophy is, ultimately, to know how we should live our lives!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

A personal quest for understanding!. A search for meanings!.

At least that is this Philosophers view!.

Physical facts are fairly uniform, but truth is a living and flexible factor in the philosophy of the universe!. Evolving personalities are only partially wise and relatively true in their communications!. They can be certain only as far as their personal experience extends!. That which apparently may be wholly true in one place may be only relatively true in another segment of creation!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

All those question that are addressed by religion except through reason rather than faith!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
