all i can say is that Caeser got Sosigenes the Astronomer to come up with a new calander in 46BCE,based on a solar day, of 365!.25 days, this new calender, the Julian Calender has been celebrated for 2000 years, yet Sosigenes gets little credit for it!.other than that i dont know!.as Calpurnia ,Caesers wife says;'when beggers die, there are no comets seen'!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
