Why not both!. Couldn't God have created the world and as part of His creating allowed evolution!?Www@QuestionHome@Com

Let's see, on the one hand we have this thought that everything got here all by itself and slowly evolved over billions of years into the extremely complex systems in the world and in our bodies to make life as we know it today!.

On the other hand, we have the thought that our bodies and everything in the world were designed and crafted by something greater than ourselves!.

Things like that don't happen by themselves!. In fact things left to themselves, tend to decay!. Creation is the only logical answer!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

First of all I find it interesting that every person who answered creation had at least 1 thumbs down!.

I believe that evolution has a lot of holes in it!. Too many to for me to take as pure truth!. The biggest problem I have is that for that theory to work there had to have always been some sort of matter!. I am mainly talking about the Big Bang!. This makes no sense to me!. If there was a mass of elements that suddenly exploded causing a chain of events over eons, why is it assumed there was nothing before the Big Bang that came before the mass of matter!? It would seem that some in the scientific community want to stray from even suggesting the existence of a God for fear that they will embrace "mythology"!. The "fools" that embrace "mythology" are only as stupid as we are when our children look back on us in hundreds of years!.

Creation seems more logical to me!. Evolution is only a theory for a part of it, not the absolute beginning!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

Evolution is a theory, but so is Gravity and Sexual reproduction!. If people refused to believe in these, we'd consider them crazy!. However, people somehow think that if evolution exists that there is no god so they're super sensitive about it!. I believe in God, I think that anyone who doesn't believe in evolution is an idiot!. creation! if you take a look at the beauty of the world you will see how it had to be made by God! but unless you ask him to open your eyes to a spiritual life you will never see his spiritual creation !.funny how we can say evolution is the truth when we never felt the creator in our spirit !.that is proff and truth Www@QuestionHome@Com

Creation!. And evolution!.!.!. in the sense that people have evolved intellectually since the ancient times and when we were created!. It is much easier for us to accept the teachings of God through Jesus today than in His day!. The ancient people had little reference to use!. They had laws, we have the gospel and scripture and the 'mysterious ways' God works in us and through us!. God is an actual being!. I've felt him in my presence!. He made us in His image so we would recognize Him if He ever came to visit!. He has visited this world many times!.!.!. we just thought he was a stranger!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

I don't care!. I think about the here and the now!. All that matters is that we are here and that we should be focused on the here and the now!. Any questions about God should be framed in the present through observation of the world around us and not some time long ago whenever that was!. Www@QuestionHome@Com
