Nope, don't fear it all!. How I die is what concerns me but death itself is just planting my body as a seed to be grown into something more beautiful and stronger than what I have now!.
The spirit however will go to God as the Christ Jesus has promised!.
When the Christ returns for His church He will call on the dead first, then the living!. Those who are dead in the Christ will rise with a body more perfect than ever and the perfect body will come out of the imperfect body (the seed) that lays in the grave (the ground) and flower into a beautiful being of God's work!.
I've nothing to fear of death at all, it's been conquered and I'm part of the living God's promise to His only begotten Son!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

No, there can be no life without death and it is nothing to fear!. There are two quotes that I like pertaining to death, the first is from a movie the second is from Socrates in The Apology!. "Do not fear death, fear the un-lived life"!. "For let me tell you, gentlemen, that to be afraid of death is only another form of thinking that one is wise when one is not; it is to think that one knows what one does not know!. No on knows with regard to death whether it is not really the greatest blessing that can happen to a man, but people dread it as through they were certain that it is the greatest evil, and this is ignorance!.!.!. nothing can harm a good man either in life or after death"Www@QuestionHome@Com

1) non-sensation: every good and bad lies in sensation!. with death comes lack of sensation, for death is lack of sensation!.

2) non-identity: any harm must come to a subject!. with death comes loss of identity!. where death is, we are not!.

3) symmetry: ------I======I ------- on the left side of the timeline is pre natal!. ( before you were born)!. the middle is your entire life span!. on the right is post mortem!.

just as one is indifferent to pre natal time, one should be indifferent to post mortem time, for they are symmetrical!.

so what is there to fear from death if it cannot do us any harm whatsoever or any sort of bad!? is it "nothing to us"!. therefore since it is obviously inevitable, i accept death but do not fear it, and it actually plays a role in the way i live my life!. it is always kept in mind!. people shouldnt brush death under the rug!. it leads to an inauthentic way of living!. because then you think that you have tons of life to spare!. which is dangerous to living authentically!. keep in mind, it could all disappear at any moment!. you dont KNOW that you have much of your life left to live!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

When i get into situations that make me think that i could be killed!. I think that I would rather go quietly in my sleep and not feel anything!. I have such a low tolerance for pain!. the funny thing is that I am more afraid of being buried because i don't know what is after death!. I mean I know that I go to heaven but that takes time and all that!.but I am afraid of being aware in a coffin i cant get out of!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

I dreamt once that the angel of death came for me!. We fought physically and I kept shouting at him that I will not go now because I have my family to care for!. I told him no, no I will only come when my work is done!. He then smiled and said that he just wanted to remind me how important this 'work' really was to me!. So I'm not afraid now!.
Only thing is that now my work is actually done he has not come back!. Left me stranded he has! Took the hump I guess!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

I'm tired of trying to understand all this new stuff, technology, cell phones, and digital television, and I miss all my old friends who have gone before me!.
