Question: Is everything around us just a shadow!?

How do we know that the objects around us (or even us) are not mere shadows of the real thing!? Where is the real thing in that case and what is its ultimate goal!?Www@QuestionHome@Com

I don't think "where" the "real" thing is!.!.!. A better question to ask would be what is this real thing, and why is it so much better than this shadow of a thing that we perceive to be real!? In addition, we don't really know that the objects around us are real!. In fact, we could even tie this back to one of your earlier questions that I answered: "Does what we fail to see really exist!?"
Another question you could ask is what is the ultimate goal of the real thing and why don't we see it as it really is!? In fact, I do believe that's what you were trying to get at with your last question!.
