Everyday!. Im from a pretty small city in Nebraska, and I came to Madrid Spain this semester to study abroad!. There are so many homeless people on the street, you almost have to ignore them!. I hardly have enough money for my expenses this semester, I can't be giving loose to change to some stranger on the street!. It always makes me feel sad and guilty to walk by them!. But I also have to consider, what went wrong in their lives that made them homeless!? Most of the time, people are homeless because of the bad choices they made or not taking enough personal responsibility!. Most people don't have to live that life!. If you have a job, aren't spending money on drugs or alcohol or gambling, you should be able to support yourself, especially if you are doing the right things and have some support from your family!. If you don't have family, and are only making minimum wage, and thats not enough money to survive in the city you live, I feel like they should have migrated else where!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

Yes, and it was the right thing to do!.

I was walking somewhere in Miami (don't remember where) and there was this girl sitting on a step ( by girl I mean anywhere between 15 and 20) and she looked visible depressed!. There were no tears or any obvious signs, but anyone could tell she was in a bad way!. In fact, my friend I was with commented on that same point to me!.

My first instinct was to see if she was alright, but I try to think about my actions before hand and I know I was in the right!.

She was not physically injured in any way I could tell, so there was no immediate threat!. She was a female, so I as an older man would likely not be the ideal candidate to offer help!. She was young and pretty, so any overture I made might have been taken the wrong way and upset her more!. And finally, we were in a crowded shopping area, so it was unlikely she was there just to mope!. Either she was waiting for someone, or had just run away from someone or something!. There were just too many variables that might go wrong and for these reasons I did not try to help her!.

Sometimes doing nothing is the right thing to do!. Www@QuestionHome@Com

No!. A woman was crying at a local fair and everyone was staring at her, I walked up and gave her a hug and a tissue!. I don't want to share all of my stories because it takes away from the good deed!.!.!.kind of like bragging!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
