Yes and No!.

Yes, if I dwell on it too much, and I am in a job which I really hate!.

No, if I decided to enjoy the present more by focusing on other things, such as reading a good book!. Of course, going to a party on Sunday night is not the same as Saturday night, for obvious reasons, but for me, if I organize myself properly, such as iron the work clothes when I should do, rather then think about it all day long, having it hang over me, then rush to do it at the last minute, even Monday morning, then I am creating more stress for myself and taking away from the enjoyment of 'free' time!. In real terms, Sunday is 'free' time!. Really, if you are organized, you have a lot of opportunity to enjoy yourself!. Personally, I would go to that party, then when it's finished just come home and go to bed!.!.!.maybe a little later than I should, but if I have done all the tasks well before-hand, what does it matter what I do til the last minute!? But that's me, and I am very flexible!.
I hold the philosophy that the balance of life is very important!. But really, I would not feel right if I did not work, I enjoy my freedom more when I have earned it, and actually I do enjoy going to work!. I like the whole process of being productive, being out and about, interacting with people, the exercise going to work!. I always get something from work, even if it's the lunch hour!.

My small goal is to get up extra early so that I have plenty of time to myself in the morning - to have a good breakfast (have cracked that one)!.!.!.and even!.!.!.but this is harder, go for a morning walk and enjoy the fresh air and early morning sun, maybe the sunrise!. I don't need much sleep (8 hours is too much for me; I operate well on 5/6)!. I should really be enjoying every extra hour that is mine!. Some people go swimming/to the gym first thing!. People who schedule work around other things, such as simple things like enjoying nature, are chilled out individuals!.

!.!.!.and I am typing and typing and typingWww@QuestionHome@Com

The only thing that helps is being super organized for the work week making my lunch, making sure I money on my Metro card, what I am going to where to work etc!.!.!. that helps a lot when I am super organized :)))Www@QuestionHome@Com
