No!. Someone can be passionately any emotion: angry, jealous, anxious, etc!. As depressing as this sounds, say your soul mate, the one other person who totally completed you unexpectedly died!. You'd probably be very passionately sad about their passing!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

No, when one is passionate about something it doesn't have to be a positive something nor a happy something!.
