Question: Philosphically, what is the ideal relationship between men and women!?
Monogamy!? polygamy!? freedom of sexual encounters at any age!? Waiting until you find 'the one!?' (don't worry I am a 28 year old female so don't report this) Www@QuestionHome@Com

I hate to say it but though I'm for the monogamy, philosophically the ideal would be freedom of sexual encounters, because for the advanced thinkers an action like sex-love making would be of less importance than communicating with the mind and consequently being faithful just in sex, would be meaningless!. For my own self, I'd have to say the ideal relationship is one in which both partners care about each other, where each feels free to explore all the possibilities they wish to explore for as long as they wish to explore them - each with the other's consent, and without being judged harshly for doing so!. It's a relationship where they communicate openly and consistently about virtually everything, though having the good sense to take breaks from each other once in awhile just to refresh the relationship!. It's not a relationship based on jealousy or possession, but rather a companionship based on the enjoyment of each other's company and common future goals!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
