No!. Pragmatism distorts the meaning of truth greatly!. It says that truth is mutable and that people can make their own truth!. With this in mind, it would be impossible for a pragmatist to testify in court if he saw a murder!. The testifier could only say "I may have seen the man murdered, or it might have been an illusion in my imagination!." Pragmatisim allows the possibility of multiple realities, which in effect would not allow a pragmatist to ever be wrong!. He could say 5 x 2 is 12, because in his reality it is true, and any other pragmatist could not deem him to be wrong in this assertion!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
