I have a backup plan for almost everything in life now, which makes me feel more independent, and more comfortable in knowing that if something happened, my children would be cared for!. Www@QuestionHome@Com

These thoughts give me peace of mind all the time and help me to sleep:

>>The knowledge that my family members and close relatives are
responsible persons, taking care of their health and other
important matters in life, and not getting into serious troubles/debts
or crimes

>> That there are no landslides or floods where i live or any natural
disaster of any kind

>> That there is no likelihood of serious financial crisis, civil wars in
my country as the govt has been efficient to ensure adequate
safeguards in the financial systems, to maintain racial and
religious harmony!.

>> That i have done something useful or productive during the day
and tomorrow i desire to accomplish other things, maybe help
someone in studies or other skills!.

Knowing that maybe the things I do, is what I believe to be better for those involved trying to have that total honesty, trying to do the right thing and what I believe is right in my soul,not my heart because your heart can sometimes make you stingy!.Hoping that something I have said or done along the way has helped someone,in a most positive way!.And maybe just maybe some of the things I have done that was good and helpful will come back my way!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

my guru/teacher states that we should focus at the crown centre at the top of the head it rings about a good point for the nights "work" so what do i mean well we all go, or should go to our appropriate school of learning whilst asleep and so become better people!.
so i would clear the mind and settle down to this meditation after saying a few things to my teacher(s) and to God who is my Life Www@QuestionHome@Com

Soothing and inspiring music or book or when I have achieved something!.And at night the mere thought that I am alive and well,has eaten something,have a roof above my head!.!.!.!.!.!.these are the thoughts that lead me to say Glory to the Almighty God as I close my eyes to soothing sleep!Www@QuestionHome@Com
