First of all, there is no such thing a No-Thing (nothing)!. At least, there is no-thing you can conceive of that is not some-thing (something)!.
No matter how hard you try and no matter at what level you are at, you cannot achieve a state of human mind that provides you with no-thing!.
In fact, no-thing itself is a THING, which makes it a some-thing!.

Therefore, nothing cannot exist so that means that what exists IS!. This is proved by the fact that what IS is simply consistent with your observation of it!. No matter what you observe and no matter at what level it is observed, it will always be something that is observed!.

One-ness is the ultimate goal of all souls, because we have all come from the One-ness and we are all migrating back to the One-ness!. Just the fact that the One exists contradicts the possibility of nothing!.
