Order versus chaos is not an either/or question!. Both are dependent of each other, for there can never be only one!. People use order to curb chaos, vice versa chaos uses some form of order to achieve it's doing!. To clarify that last statement (it is a little vague, isn't it!?), one could see chaos as being like a hurricane or a tornado!. Though it seems chaotic, and doesn't discriminate who it destroys, there is still some order in how it is formed and where it goes!. There for there is no pure chaos or order!.

There is really more order instead of chaos in most First world democratic countries!. This is due to a high level of education and efficient govts capable of implementing effective laws and constitutions to ensure there is order, peace and harmony in all aspects of life!. But when the economy fails and wars become imminent, then only chaos can result!. We hope capable leaders in the world bodies/organizations will solve all financial crises and enhance world economy, to ensure world peace and order!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

Here is my Christian pov because it is also my world view!. God is a God of order and the world is the work of His hands!.

In fact in the scriptures it says that where there is no vision there is chaos so that pretty much rules out random selection becasue it's very obvious that this world is a world of order!. Chaos only comes when we go outside that order!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

Or you could also take a Hegelian dialectic look at it, and think of Chaos being the thesis, Order the antithesis, and then the question is, "what is the synthesis!?" Www@QuestionHome@Com

My personal idea is that things seem to work better when there is a reason for them!. The world is definitely not as ordered as we think though!. Even galaxies are colliding and they are some of the most stable of systems in our universe!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
