Using your definition I'd have to say yes there's a difference!. One is much more powerful!. Freedom of choice is an earthly concept, true freedom would be immeasurably powerful!.

Think of it this way "True" freedom is the ability to write the rules and limitations while freedom of choice is the ability to take a set of established rules and limitations and pick the one that best suits you!. Www@QuestionHome@Com

If I tie you up in my basement and I ask if you want fries or potato chips, you still have freedom of choice but you are not free!.
