First off, this sounds like you're going on here to have your homework answered for you!.!.!.it would be best advised to use your own brain to figure out what the question means and applying your own perspective in answering it!.

With that said, why don't you take a look at the difference between humans, who are rationalizing animals, and the general category of non-rationalizing animals!. What are their similarities, like their desire to survive!.!.!.what has lead humans to believe in "Rights" and other mental concepts that focus on what is Ideal, Just, Godly and Absolute!.

How is the society of the human different and/or similar to the social aspects of the animal!? What makes up Morality and is it synonymous with Humanity!? Are there Universal Rights that we all strive to obey!? Examine the factors that limit us in society from doing whatever we want to get ahead!. What stops us from acting "as animals!?"

And finally, maybe ask yourself if rights should be viewed as illusions, or if they should be viewed as real and necessary precursors for human survival!. Take a look at the work of Immanuel Kant for ideas on Morality being necessary and Friedrich Nietzsche for the disenchantment of Morality!.

Humanity has developed rights due to a higher level of comprehension
If something is developed or assumed, then there is no illusion!. It becomes concrete!.
There are those who periodically attempt to subjugate a people or rights of a people, and it is then that people have to stand up or lose the right that had been established!.

Take for instance Geo W!. Bush's elimination of Haebus Corpus under the so called "Patriot Act"
It used to be mandatory that a body of evidence had to be established to arrest somebody, but not anymore!.!.!.
They only need be derisive or outspoken against King George!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

Animals have instincts, frankly, they are too dumb to know what having rights is and frankly we humans are smart enough to know what having rights is!.

Having rights and things like having rules brings order to this world, otherwise we would have chaos world wide all the time!. When I mean chaos, I mean guns in our hands, living life on the edge like on that movie Alien vs!. Predator, minus the aliens!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

Yes, human rights is an illusion !. Why do we need rights!? Only when we are denied !. If each and evey individual respect others mind , then there will not be any need to fight for rights !. Human rights is a natural thing !. We need not create it !. Just fill our hearts with love and peace , every human will be enjoying their rights with out struggling !.Www@QuestionHome@Com

yes!.!.!. we have that allusion!.!.!. but that is because rights have been reestablished, before our genoration, in the end by the people of old times!. someone in a tyrantic civilization would have no such allusion!. Www@QuestionHome@Com
