Question: I had a nightmare, and then something horrible happened the next day!. !?
Would dreams or nightmares sometimes foreshadow a later event that seems like a dream or nightmare!?

I had a nightmare of wrapping myself in a white, though bloodstained, sheet- while in my favorite shoes- and while witnessing a shooting in my school!. (In the nightmare!.)

The day following the night of my nightmare of bloodstained sheets and lovely shoes and school shootings, a friend of mine had a seizure and was taken to the hospital!.

Is it important to pay more attention to what I am dreaming about!? Www@QuestionHome@Com

Your dreams are a reflection of your subconscious mind!.

At times it can be important to pay attention to your dreams and at other times important to just forget about them in move on!.

There is nothing in life that is going to predict what's going to happen in the future!.

You or your dreams do not have that power!. Www@QuestionHome@Com

Actually, I don't think that this dream could be connected to what happened to your friend!. Sometimes dreams might actually happen in real life ( one time I had a dream that I was in a candy shop with my mom and sister and my best friend and her sister and mom, and then a month later it happened when we went on a trip!.) This is called day ja voo!. I don't think this dream had to do with what happened to your friend By the way I am sorry for what happened to your friend :(Www@QuestionHome@Com

It's not as important to pay attention to your dream as much as your intuition!. I don't think we can have premonitions or that our dreams predict the future, but I think we can sense certain things about people we are around (not necessarily know)- not a six sense but body language is ninety percent of communication and I think we pick up on it subconsiously!.
