So if you like constant motion, that forever up and down, up and down, then have at it!. Personally, I like my life to be one smooth continuous increment!. At this point I think it's best to find some kind of mix!. There is merit and good sense in moderation, self control, and the ability to take your time and savour some of lifes offerings!.Some of the greatest joys in life are only accessible through slow, steady living!. However, there are times when you just have to *ahem* grab the bull by the horns and give 'er ****, just because some situations needs to be torn apart and demolished with TNT, that is, if you want to get the most out of them!.
